Ok guys. This is what the building looks like now. This the view from out our break room and it's crazy the change that's going on day by day.... NOT!! We haven't seen any change for about 4-5 weeks. That's changing slowly though.
They've now started raising it. By raising it, I mean just that, they're raising the building 10 FEET above the ground. Crazy!! The pictures above and below show the bricks that have slowly fallen in the process of raising this building. We were told by the lead guy that they were planning on lifting the building a few inches a day until they get to 10 feet.
This is the view from one of our break room windows and the black railing in this pic is the railing off our little balcony. In case you guys are all interested (becuase I know you are!) we are officially the look out point for all the local news stations in Utah, when they have to report on this story. We've had a bunch of news stations around taking pictures and shooting their stories from our balcony. It's fun to watch the process of this "historic" event. I'll keep you updated!
